A spacious, classy fine dining restaurant with panoramic glazing and garden views that operates with a plant-to-plate philosophy. About 300 species of plants and herbs are grown here in their own garden and greenhouses, from which they serve delicious dishes. The restaurant offers only fixed menus, with options of 3 or 4 courses for lunch and 5 or 6 courses for dinner. Complete vegetarian and vegan menus are also available.
