Septime

Neo-bistro with a Nordic-inspired setting, fine dining seasonal menu, and an impressive wine list

ABOUT

Famous Parisian fine dining bistro founded by chef Bertrand Grébaut, Septime holds a Michelin star. One of the restaurant’s concepts is to make fine dining more democratic. The restaurant offers a laid-back, non-fussy atmosphere, with a modern, Nordic-inspired interior featuring solid exposed wood and rustic industrial lighting. The menu is seasonal, focusing on vegetable-forward dishes, though meat and fish are also included. Septime is known for its five-course lunch and seven-course dinner tasting menus, which change every three weeks, ensuring a unique experience each visit. Additionally, Septime offers an impressive wine list featuring natural and biodynamic wines that perfectly complement the seasonal dishes.
